Way back 1964 my Great Grand Father Pedro Macuha started a business manufacturing ice cream under the name of PAGHANAPIN ICE CREAM which is located in Cotabato City at that time my Grand Father Renato Macuha Sr. Is only 16 years old and he already know how to make a home made ice cream...

Year 1972 my grand father went in Olongapo City and become a vendor of an ice cream in a public market. He use to be his stable job for almost 3/4 of his life... my mother and tito's finish college because of the courage of my grand father and striving hard through selling of ice cream...

Year 1999 BAYAN ICE CREAM already stablish... we started with one machine and 4 cart... everything started with hard ship... we have lots of stragle, loans and everything... but at the long run... after 22 long years here we are... still aiming high to the no. 1 ice cream maker not only here in Olongapo City but all over the Philippines. and today we already have resellers in CAVITE, PAMPANGA, and some parts of METRO MANILA and ZAMBALES.
